Sunrise Outreach Center operates four fixed location food banks and one mobile food pantry that serve the following communities:

Foodbank Requirements

  • Clients wanting to use the food bank must fill-out an annual government commodities form. The form can be obtained from the individual Food Bank that you’ll be requesting food from.
  • Clients must provide current ID, proof of address and sign a weekly count sheet to receive food.


Yes!  We always need volunteers to pick up, transport, and sort donated foods.

Food Donations

Our food donations come from:

  • Northwest Harvest
  • 2nd Harvest
  • Federal and state government – USDA and WSDA
    • OIC (TEFAP – federal grant)
    • Community Services of Moses Lake (EFAP – State Grant)
  • Growers, generous members of our community, faith-based organizations, and other community groups also donate food to the food banks.
