Food Pantry Requirements

  • Clients wanting to use the food pantry must fill-out an annual government commodities form. The form can be obtained from the individual Food Pantry that you’ll be requesting food from.
  • Clients must provide current ID, proof of address and sign a weekly count sheet to receive food.
